Grievance Redressal Cell

To strictly prohibit any act of infringement in and outside institution. To advise Students of the College to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises. It helps to build positive environment at GATES with openness and trust.

Procedure:

  • The Students with genuine grievance may approach any of this committee in person. If a person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances can be sent through a letter or can mail to the committee.
  • We ensure strict confidentiality so that students can approach without any fear.
  • On receipt of grievances the cell scrutinizes & discusses with the persons to come up with an amicable solution without affecting the interests of both the parties.
  • Suitable actions will be taken to solve the grievances within 25-30 days if found genuine and based on the remarks suggested by the concerned department.
  • VISION: To be a trusted champion for fairness and to influence positive change by creating stress free atmosphere in the institute.

    MISSION: Periodical Interactive sessions will be conducted to maintain a conducive atmosphere and healthy relationship between students, faculty and management.
